1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase/order ID is required

Many clothing brands use similar 7-day return windows for apparel.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear and undergarments
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Final sale/discounted items
  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for verification.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund timeline may take up to 30 days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side

5. Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. Customers may request one exchange per order within 7 days.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
